Toru Shimada
CEO, System Consultant
After working at a Fujitsu-affiliated infrastructure mounting manufacturer and an IBM-affiliated System Integrator, Toru Shimada ventured independently at the age of 28. In 1998, he founded plumsa Co., Ltd. Toru has a track record of managing over 200 business systems, earning a reputation as an experienced system consultant with extensive expertise in various technologies. His ability to quickly grasp the intricacies of business operations and provide practical proposals is his greatest strength, earning him the trust of numerous clients. Toru holds a B.S. in Economics from Hitotsubashi University.
Junki Tatsumi
Executive Officer & Project Manager
With previous roles at TRANSCONTAINER LIMITED and experience as a Freelance Interpreter, Junki joined Plumsa in 2020. Serving as our Project Manager, he has been instrumental in developing systems for an educational institute, speaker matching, and corporate training. The following year, starting with certification as a partner by ZOOM, he planned the expansion of business beyond system development, including areas such as human resources, international business, and maintenance services. His expertise lies in the maintenance and operation of systems for large corporations, and we excel in providing tailored proposals in a fully managed manner according to client needs.
