What is Software Development Outsourcing?
Software development outsourcing involves entrusting some or all of the software development work to external specialists or third-party providers. A skilled team, comprising project managers, developers, and infrastructure engineers, is assembled based on your specific needs. The project manager oversees and manages each phase of the project, from inception to completion, ensuring that up-to-date information is effectively communicated.

Why Choose plumsa?
Cost-Effective
Japan’s low-interest rates have led to a favorable exchange rate, making the Japanese Yen cheaper compared to the US Dollar. This benefits American businesses, similar to travelers enjoying shopping deals in Japan. Additionally, the wage gap for engineers is significant. In global IT engineer salary rankings, the US ranks 2nd with an average annual salary of $89,161, while Japan ranks 20th at $38,337. Therefore, outsourcing to a Japanese software development company offers cost-efficiency for American companies.
Easy Communication
Our project managers, well-versed in system development with years of experience managing various projects, communicate with you in business-level English. We can handle not only text-based communication but also accommodate online meetings without concerns about time zones. This allows us to manage projects similarly to what you would experience with a domestic US company. You forget about miscommunication as they are effective & good at interaction.
